Can I migrate from Shopify or WooCommerce?
Boxpressd offers a Shopify sales channel and a WooCommerce plugin as product sync paths. CSV product import remains an option for other platforms. Confirm the supported data, setup steps, and availability for your store before moving; customer accounts and historical orders need a separate migration plan.
What can the product CSV import?
Business Manager accepts a product CSV or hosted feed URL. The feed supports product details, image URLs, and quantities. Review the preview and resulting listings after syncing. A Sites catalog preview does not itself write products to the main catalog.
Will customer accounts or past orders transfer?
The product CSV path does not transfer customer accounts, passwords, or historical orders. Keep your old platform export for your records and plan customer account setup separately.
Can I keep my existing domain?
You can build and preview your new site before connecting a domain you already own. Domain setup and DNS changes are part of publishing.
Will migrating affect my SEO?
A platform move can affect search visibility. Keep valuable content and page titles, plan redirects for changed URLs, update canonical URLs and internal links, submit the new sitemap, and check indexing after launch. Rankings cannot be guaranteed.
How much does migration cost?
