These cookies may identify when a visitor came from an ambassador referral link and help us credit the referring ambassador appropriately.

We follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling payment card data. Payment card information is processed and stored securely through PCIVault and may be subject to PCIVault’s own privacy policy and security practices.

15. Children’s Privacy and Age Restriction

The Services are intended only for users who are of legal age to purchase or use tobacco-related products or services in their jurisdiction, and in no event for anyone under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person who does not meet the applicable age requirement, we will delete that information as soon as reasonably practicable.
